Users must comply with federal law, Missouri law, local requirements, and any laws that apply to their specific transaction.

Missouri Gun Trader provides classified-listing software and related safety workflows. It does not act as a firearms dealer, FFL, broker, agent, intermediary, payment processor, escrow holder, shipping provider, transfer service, appraiser, or legal adviser. The platform does not take title to listed items and is not a party to user agreements or transfers.

The platform does not determine whether a user is legally eligible to buy, sell, possess, or transfer a firearm or related item. Users should use an FFL or qualified professional when required by law or when they are uncertain about lawful-transfer steps.

Access to Missouri Gun Trader requires attestation that you are at least 18 years old. That platform rule is separate from, and does not replace, any additional age requirements that may apply to a specific firearm, ammunition, or transfer under federal, Missouri, or local law.

• Do not list or seek items that are unlawful to possess, sell, or transfer.
• Do not use the platform to evade background checks, licensing, age, residency, or recordkeeping requirements.
• Do not encourage straw purchases, trafficking, prohibited-person transfers, or unsafe conduct.
• Do not misrepresent item condition, legality, location, ownership, or transfer expectations.

Meetups, inspections, payment, identity checks, bills of sale, FFL transfers, and other transaction steps happen outside the platform and remain the responsibility of the users involved. Missouri Gun Trader may preserve listing, contact, moderation, and audit records and may cooperate with lawful requests or emergency safety needs.
